We are a small family run hobby breeder in Grand Island, New York. We have two young daughters and did a great deal of research looking for the right dog for our family. We found that Portuguese Water Dogs have so much to offer and were exactly what we were looking for.

The Portuguese Water Dog is a water-loving, lively and loyal dog. They are affectionate and fun to be around and are excellent with children

Ellie and Katie (our two daughters) are the reason we found out about Portuguese Water Dogs. Ellie has allergies and we were looking for a dog that is non-shedding and also works well with children.
